We trust that sampling and data collection went smoothly and that you are now ready to upload your data and photos.

Data Upload

​

• Please first ensure that the dataset is in .csv format and is named according to the city that was sampled. For example, if you sampled the city of Portland, the dataset should be named ‘Portland.csv’.

• Once the dataset is ready for upload, please click on the “UPLOAD DATA” button in the box to the right and select the relevant dataset.

• Finally, please enter your e-mail address in the relevant box and click the "Send" button. The dataset will then be uploaded directly to a Dropbox folder managed by the GLUE lead team.

Photo Upload

• Just below the "Data Upload" you will find a "Photo Upload" box. This is where you will upload your Feigl-Anger assay photos.

• Please first ensure your photos are compressed into a zip file and named accordingly to the city you have sampled. For example, if you sampled the city of Portland, the zip file should be named ‘Portland.zip’.

• Once once your photos have been compressed into a zip file, click on the "UPLOAD PHOTOS" button and select the relevant zip file. 

• Finally, please enter your e-mail address in the relevant box and click the "Send" button. The zip file will then be uploaded directly to a Dropbox folder managed by the GLUE lead team.
